Cost of Care
The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the case. When you come in for an orthodontic exam, we will go over treatment fees and payment options. We work with you to determine the payment plans that suit your needs. We work hard to provide high-quality care and affordable treatment.
Insurance & OrthodonticsWe accept most dental insurance plans. We participate as In-Network Providers for major insurance plans. We accept Flexpay and offer No-interest payment plans. Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Ultimately, you will be responsible for the treatment rendered and treatment costs that are not covered by your insurance benefits. As a service to our patients, we will bill your insurance company for orthodontic services provided by Care Orthodontics. If you have any insurance credits, we will refund you credits at the end of your treatment. If you have any question, our courteous staff will always be available to address your concern.
Payment Options We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard. We offer in-house no-interest payment plan. We also work with 3rd party financing companies including Springstone, Care Credit which offer no down payments and interest-free services.
Available DiscountsWe offer Family discount and Two-Phase treatment discount.
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. We request 48-hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Repeated no-show appointments may incur in a broken appointment fee.
