Care Orthodontics Kids' Club
We have an exciting
program especially for our younger patients who are not yet ready for
orthodontic treatment. It’s called Kids Club and it’s a great way for
kids to interact with us and share in all the fun activities our patients
enjoy!
Here's how it works...
If you are not yet ready to begin
orthodontic treatment, we’ll invite you to join our Kids Club. There
is NO FEE to join and you will receive a Kid Club membership card.
As a member of the club you’ll have access to many fun activities designed for our Kids Club
members. Dr. Phan will continue to observe
your dental development and we’ll likely see you every six to twelve months to
monitor the growth and development of your teeth and jaws. You can also earn tokens, gift cards and prizes for each visit in the office.

You earn tokens for having a Good Report Card: grade B or higher
You earn tokens for participating in Community Service.
You earn tokens for reading books and write down your favorite part.
We recommend these books to read and write a paragraph to finish this thought: "A great smile is important to me because...". Bring your paragraph to the office and you will receive tokens.
